Joining Forces with Women in Birgi

We gathered with women in Birgi as part of our Sentrum project, via which we support sustainable tourism. The event was attended by 66 women, and we got the opportunity to listen Birgi from women and evaluate our activities in line with the expectations of women.

In line with our goal related to sustainable tourism, we held focus group interviews with 25 women, including business owners. Including the impacts of tourism on social life and opinions and suggestions regarding the development of tourism, these interviews are considered to be the basis for the Gender Equality Action Plan to be prepared.

We will continue putting efforts to make Birgi a sustainable and green destination and for a better future, without leaving anyone behind.
