As part of the SENTRUM project, we held our first meeting with Şerife Aksoy for the Cooking Workshop in Birgi, Izmir and also stopped by the Birgi Village Market.

While we continue our activities in gastronomy and meet with women and business owners in Birgi, we also visited the Birgi Village Market, where we can find any and all kinds of local fruits, vegetables, local dairy products, olive oil, dried fruits, etc. freshly produced by local farmers. We sustain our activities to build the future of Birgi together.
